Joshua Epps serves as a Business Operations Intern with Elite Physicians Wealth Planning and Fiscal Vision Financial, supporting the firm while completing his undergraduate studies in business.

In his role, Joshua assists with a variety of day-to-day support functions designed to help the firm operate efficiently and maintain a strong client-service environment. His responsibilities may include administrative support, document organization, client-service coordination, research assistance, internal projects, scheduling support, data organization, and other operational assignments that provide exposure to the financial-services industry.

As an undergraduate business student, Joshua is developing practical experience in areas such as professional communication, business operations, workflow management, client service, and organizational support. His internship allows him to connect his academic studies with real-world experience inside a financial-planning and wealth-management firm.

Joshua works alongside the firm’s advisors and support professionals, gaining exposure to the systems and processes involved in serving individuals, families, physicians, medical professionals, and business owners.

The internship is designed to provide him with a broad understanding of how a professional financial-services firm operates while allowing him to contribute meaningfully in a support capacity.

Until graduation, Joshua’s primary focus is to continue building his business knowledge, professional skills, and understanding of the financial-services industry while supporting the team wherever needed.
